Who we are
Our family all been changed through the ministry of Hume Lake Christian Camps. We have all served in many capacities over the years. Summer staff, full time staff, counseling, and hosting adult conferences.
Our family is so grateful for the gift that is our cabin. We desire to steward it well and allow for it to be a place for folks to be strengthened. Whether that be through family time, solo time of rest and rejuvenation, or through intentional focused events and retreats.
We pray that the Lord uses this cabin for His Kingdom and His Glory. Amen

Families Wish for You
Whatever brings you up to the lake; family time, summer camp, men’s or women’s conferences, sabbatical, milkshakes, etc. etc. We know you will be able to fill your time with exciting activities and new memories. No doubt. BUT…
Our wish for you is that in your time up at Hume, you will experience the Lord in new and fresh ways. You will allow yourself to slow down and take some deep breaths. You will be reminded of how much our Heavenly Father loves you, died for you, and wants to be in a daily, moment by moment, best friend type of relationship with you. To be reminded that you are enough, beautifully and wonderfully made by God, to reflect His glory in this world. To know He accepts you and loves you just as you are, and He desires to continually sanctify you through the power of His Holy Spirit. All you have to do is believe in God’s son, Jesus. To confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
He died for your sins and my sins. Jesus rose on the third day, conquering death, so we can be reconciled to the Father. It is a free gift and worth more than anything in this world. It will only cost you… everything. We must die to ourselves, so we can live with Christ.
